This Whitefish Bay homeowner’s furnace went out late Saturday night. They called Capital Heating & Cooling at 10pm and was very impressed with our fast arrival within the hour. This customer’s furnace was nearly 25 years old and the parts were virtually extinct. After Capital HVAC techs searched their warehouse for the needed part, they advised the customer they would need to order however it would be more cost effective to replace their 1980’s furnace with a newer, more energy efficient furnace. On site, Capital quickly offered an estimate for their standard model and even discussed energy credits and helped find a model that qualified.
