Hello,I had my annual furance tune up last week and my technician's name was Arno. He was a very nice and pleasant man. Called before he came over to let me know what time he would be there. Arno answered all my questions. Went over everything with me before he started working. Then went over everything when he was finished to make sure I was good to go.

They do a wonderful job 👏 😀.

Adam came to our home to give a quote for repair work. Well as it turned out, all that was needed, was to press the reset button for 5 outlets and 2 lights. Adam was very honest, told us nothing further needed to be done. He didn't charge a fee for coming out. As a result, we replaced all outlets because of Adam's honesty. Jacob came out to do the repair work. Jacob (electrician) was very friendly, and was extremely professional. Let's just say our family will be using Capital for all of our electrical needs. I highly recommend this company!!! Honesty and integrity means everything to us. This company displayed it a billion times over. By the way, we were very happy with the completed work.

We have an older, complicated radiant heating system that was causing problems. Logan came out, explained our issues and walked us thru what needed to be done. The process was more like tuning a piano and took a little time and a lot of know how. Colin came out for the final visit and between the 2 of them, the system is working better than it ever has. Can't say enough about their professionalism, knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction. Very pleased and impressed!

I have used Capital now for a complete furnace install (high efficiency boiler) and two mini split systems. I have had wonderful experiences with everything. Adam, the electrician has been great and all their installers. They are flexible in coming when I need them (sometimes same day and the next day) and they always make sure they communicate what is going on. I really love this company and will continue to be a member of their Cares club. Now just get plumbing!😁Just had Logan out yesterday to troubleshoot a boiler issue and a a thermostat issue. The guys is great, knowledgable, honest, and walks you through was is going on. Still love this company.

Jake & Joel did furnace install for me this morning. Called to alert me of their arrival. Arrived on time. Professional & courteous throughout. Chris the electrician as well. I work from home and sometimes have Protected info on my computer. They let me know before walking past so I was able to keep info private. Excellent service!

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. My furnace went out, the week of Thanksgiving. Colin was awesome. He resolved the problem in less than 3 hours. Tony was awesome as well, his expertise with the ducts and vents were very informative. A great company to do business with!!!

I honestly can’t say enough nice things about their service. Colin, was an absolute professional, I got a call and text letting me know he’ll be over in a half an hour. He took care of what he needed to service my heat pump. He showed me something that could help, and wasn’t previously done the last seven times I had it serviced. And it fixed an issue I was previously told wasn’t an issue. Highly suggest Capital Heating and Cooling. Wished I had more heat pumps for them to help with.

I thank God for extremely knowledgeable people such as the crew of this company they literally saved our lives and my house from exploding from this furnace. I bought this house within the last four years and for some reason I was adamant about not turning it on the year without getting maintenance done on it. It’s a good thing I didn’t allow it to run my house or us would be here to tell this story. I had a 14 year unit and don’t know when it was last serviced it had some major problems going on, 1. A lengthy crack that would allow carbon monoxide poisoning to back flow into the house. 2. Some genius decided to shove 4 filters in the unit another safety hazard.3. There was an ignition issue due to many filters blocking proper air flow. Needless to say I desperately needed a new unit immediately. Although, it was a long installation I am very grateful for this team of professionals. Thank you Capital Heating I’ll recommend you all often.

I thought I had a serious electrical problem that I quickly decided went beyond my qualifications. Adam came and through his careful work on each malfunctioning outlet let me know I had a life threatening situation that required an immediate call to WE Energies. It turns out that when a neighbor’s tree was struck by lightning and fell onto my electrical line…the neutral was lost going to my house leaving the electrical to ground itself out inside the sunroom and house. This situation can cause damage to anything electrical to a fire. The WE Energy guy sent an entire crew to replace my entire electrical line from the pole to my house in the dark because it was deemed an emergency. Adam really figured out a life threatening problem keeping me safe. I cannot express how grateful I am that he came to help me.

Only a 4 star because prior to Logan coming and doing an amazing job, my first technician didn't do the job thoroughly and so therefore I had to be reserviced again. I would like to give a special shot out to Logan and the fact that he gave me 5 star service. Very thorough, very polite, and he went above and beyond to make sure my furnace was working properly before he left. I appreciate that!!!! Logan, you're the real MVP and thanks again for your hard work and commitment to providing professional and amazing service today! Enjoy your day! You deserve it!!!!

Alex, a very likeable guy that makes you feel comfortable talking to. You also feel like you can trust him. He kept me informed about what he was doing and what was good about my air conditioning units and what was bad about them. He brought another technician, Jerome, whom I was familiar with, and together we formed a plan which saved me some money. Now, I'm ready for the furnace tune up coming soon. I hope to see Alex the next time I go through this procedure. Colin also needs to be commended as he followed through on the furnace side. As with Alex, very personable and very quick doing his work. You can tell he's been at this a long time. Alex also worked with his superior to save me some money. He also informed me of some information about heating and cooling that I wasn't aware of. Very helpful information. Overall, these 3 technicians grade out 5 stars and I wouldn't hesitate going back to Capital for service

I am reviewing two technicians from Capital Heating. One was Randy, who did the yearly maintenance on my A/C unit, and the other was a young man who came a little earlier in the year to clean my dryer vent. These men were both very professional, on time and through. The young man who cleaned the dryer vent let me watch him, because I had no clue who to do. He was extremely helpful. Jeremy did an excellent job servicing my furnace. He was very considerate of my needs and helpful with reordering supplies. Jeremy was on time and very friendly. I am very happy with the service he performed.

11/1/22 - Capital Heating does our annual furnace and AC maintenance like clockwork. As usual, Brandon Barney was prompt and very professional. He always takes the extra effort to make sure we understand everything.We have been extremely happy with the customer service provided by Capital Heating & Cooling Staff. Communication and service all the way around has been amazing!I would definitely recommend giving them a call. I'm really happy with the Maintenance Plan and their service and staff! I don't have to remember anything. They keep track of when things need to be serviced and call me.6/28/24 - This year, Bradley Hauser from Capital Heating came out to do our AC maintenance on our house and on our rental. (They will come in the fall to do the 2 furnace maintenances). As usual, communication and service were exemplary!! Thanks Capital!!9/26/24 - NOTE: Re service provided by Bradley on 6/28/24. We purchased a whole house dehumidifier from Capital previously and Bradley programmed our thermostat to remind us when to change the filter. We didn't know he did that, but it was a pleasant surprise and great customer service!!!WeFeedback on the 2 Fall furnace maintenances provided by Logan. Logan was prompt, professional and courteous . He answered all of our questions. He not only serviced our furnaces, but checked the dehumidifier in our primary house to make sure it was working properly which he didn't have to do. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with Capitals service. He showed us the reports of how our equipment was working and explained what he recommended and what we might expect in the future.As always, we are very happy with Capital Heating!!! I would highly recommend!Anything that has ever been wrong, they make right!!!
